Trout
(Oncorhynchus mykiss)

Trout is the most well-known member of the Salmonidae family and is closely related to salmon. Some of the fish we call "trout" do not belong to the Salmo genus. Some fish from the Oncorhynchus and Salvelinus genera, which make up the rest of the Salmonidae family, are also referred to as "trout."

Calibration for any grade requested. Can be produced as fresh and frozen. Stocks are available throughout the year. Rich in omega-3 and protein. Can be packed in requested packagings in private labels. BRC, IFS, HACCP and ISO, GLOBAL GAP, certificates are available.
