Our journey began in 1970 when Bayram SAĞLAM moved from Elazığ to İzmir. With his brothers Giyasettin, Ruhi, and Mehmet Kasım SAĞLAM, they started selling fish at İzmir's fish market, now the historic Konak Pier Mall. In 1992, the SAĞLAM brothers founded Anıl Fishery. The company was renamed Anıl Seafood Limited Company in 2004 and became Anıl Seafood Incocorporated Company in 2022 under Chairman Mehmet Kasım SAĞLAM.

Headquartered in İzmir, our company operates on an 8,000 m² area in İzmir Buca Kaynaklar, with 6,000 m² of closed space. We also have 2,000 m² of cold storage and ice production facilities in Antalya, shops in İzmir and Antalya fish markets, as well as in the popular Bucaspor Fish Market. With an annual processing capacity of 23,000 tons of fillets, wild-caught, fresh, and frozen fish, we take pride in delivering the highest quality products year-round.

Having grown steadily over the years, Anıl Seafood has become a supplier to corporate firms both domestically and internationally with its professional team. Our company ensures the highest quality of its products by controlling standards at every stage of production, from raw materials to the final product. Our R&D department works continuously to maintain and improve quality standards.

Committed to sustainable fishing, we partner with like-minded suppliers to ensure sustainable fish stocks for future generations. Our solar energy systems in İzmir Torbalı reflect our dedication to environmental responsibility by producing our own electricity.

As the Anıl Seafood family, we believe in continuous improvement with our environmental responsibility awareness and place importance on quality. We continue our sustainable production with the most advanced technology to minimize factors that can cause environmental pollution. We share our efforts to protect the environment primarily with our employees, as well as with our customers and suppliers, and we adopt environmental protection awareness as our most important principle.

As the Anıl Seafood family, meticulously working to leave a cleaner environment and nature to future generations, we do not trade any marine products that are endangered. For our products, we use single-use packaging that results in up to 60% less CO2 emissions, 86% less solid waste, 64% less energy, and 80% less water.

In İzmir Torbalı, we generate our own electricity by effectively utilizing our sustainable solar energy source, which reflects our environmental consciousness at the highest level. Solar energy produces electricity without emitting harmful emissions like fossil fuels. By using solar energy, we reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.
